Surprisingly Great for Diarrhea + Dropped My LDL Big Time – Sugar-Free Winner!

I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it's usually advertised for).
